Getting Started
LinkedIn Wizard takes a post from a fleeting idea all the way to a scheduled publication. This page gives you the mental model; the rest of this section drills into each part.
Core concepts
- Workspace — the unit of collaboration. Every idea, post, prompt, example, and publishing slot belongs to a workspace. Users are members of one or more workspaces, each with a role (owner, editor, or viewer).
- Idea — a captured thought, headline, or link. Ideas live in a lightweight queue and carry a status, priority, and tags.
- Post — a draft that moves through the pipeline. A post has content (rich text), versions, a lifecycle status, and an optional schedule.
- Prompt — a reusable instruction template that steers GenAI generation.
- Example — a high-performing reference post used to ground generation in your voice.
- Publishing slot — a recurring weekly time (e.g. Tue 09:00) that the auto-scheduler fills with approved posts.
The short version
- Sign in. Log in with Google or email/password through the Cognito Hosted UI. New accounts require admin approval before first use.
- Pick a workspace (or get invited to one).
- Capture an idea from the app, a bookmarklet, Raycast, or the Quick Capture API.
- Generate a draft with Bedrock Nova Pro, tuned by your prompts, audience, language, and example posts.
- Refine in the canvas — edit collaboratively, run auto-proofreading, and iterate with the GenAI side panel.
- Review & approve — move the post through the pipeline; reviewers approve or request revisions.
- Schedule & publish — the post lands in a weekly slot and is published via Zoho Social.
